This Chardonnay is produced in the southern most vineyard in Chile, approximately 650 km - 400 miles - south of Santiago, in Traiguén area, 38º south latitude.
The climatic conditions, the late harvest at the end of April, the espetial vinification and the aging in French oak barrels give this wine an unprecedented balance wich is difficult to find in Chile.
It enjoys a cooler climate, preserving the natural acidity of the grapes. The wine is aromatic with mineral notes, fresh and complex. The palate is full and long with very pleasant after taste. This pure Chardonnay combines a great richness with an attractive freshness. |
