This Pinot Noir is produced in the southern most vineyard in Chile, approximately 650 km - 400 miles - south of Santiago, in Traiguén area, 38º south latitude.
The cold weather during the maturation period of the grapes, alow to produce this wine with a great fruity aroma like cherries and sour cherries. The aging in French oak barrels during 12 months keeps its complexity, a good balance, a fresh taste and a long fruit persistence.
We recommend to open SoldeSol Pinot Noir thirty minutes before drinking, and pairing it with seafood-stuffed pasta, spicy meats, and especially with boeuf bourguignon.
